I always loved the gym. I always loved to work out. I was always into bodybuilding and powerlifting and respected those sports but the choices I made in my life were a very big deterrent to doing anything in them. I was educated in workout regimens, nutrition, performance enhancing drugs, I read and researched it all. Yet I was living two lives. Friends I knew would joke and call me “yo-yo” cuz at times I get my nutrition on point, meal prep, hit the gym hard, gain all kinds of size and muscle, then I would go out with the crew and go on a bender and lose all I gained. I’m not exaggerating, I would bulk to 290lbs then be sucked up at about 215lbs. Then I’d get back to the gym routine, make some gains,  then lose it again, back on, fall off, over and over. Hence the “Yo-Yo” handle given. When on a bender, if I did eat at all, my nutrition was absolute shit I ate In-N-Out burgers, Taco Bell and pizza more than anything else but I didn’t stay fat cuz I put way more drugs in my body than food. I was actually pretty skinny staying high all the time, drunk all the time and smoked about three packs of cigarettes a day. I had a serious drug addiction. Of course selling drugs, lots of drugs, I made lots of money and had all the things that come with that life, big house, cars, bikes, guns, truly living like a rockstar, but in the end I landed in federal prison for it all. Then spending years of my life there not only did the world on the outside pass me by, it seemed one of my friends died out there weekly while I was inside. All dead from bike crashes, suicide, heart attack, overdose, organ failure, murdered, Covid, you name it. You wanna talk about loss? I know it well.

I have definitely picked up some tips and tricks and really found out what works and was absolute shit. I am not some coach that did one guy’s program, got abs and decided I should jump on the bandwagon and sell the same “starve yourself” bullshit program as the dude before me. I’m not the skinny fitness dude with wind tested hair in pink boardshorts on the beach posing as a mindset coach and selling overpriced ebooks.

I have cut through the bullshit and put together a program that truly makes Monsters. I promise you the time you save from going through what I did to gain this knowledge will be priceless. I think all men wanna be strong, right? With that strength you want muscle on your frame, right? Then of course minimal fat and abs popping, am I still right? So look, this is the program to get you strong, real strong!  It’s not a powerlifting program where we focus only on weight. It’s not a bodybuilder program that we only focus on hypertrophy. It’s not an old school powerbuilding program either. It is a hybrid like you’ve never seen. I promise you that. If you want to get bigger then you should get stronger, we do that! We will also cover myofibrillar and sarcoplasmic hypertrophy to add real size to your frame while we dial in your custom nutrition plan to melt fat and finally show off your abs without doing cardio. This is not a one size fits all program, this is not like I hand you some calorie deficit macro split and a PDF of some ripped off lame workout regimen that is only good to “exercise” and leaves you spinning your wheels only to ask “why aren’t I seeing results?” With the reply being “trust the process” This is a full blueprint on my custom app that leaves no stone unturned and guides you to reach your goals. You have 24/7 communication with me. I have clients in Australia, Malta, England, Canada, Mexico and all over the United States and I never leave them with unanswered questions. You need to get on the phone? I call. You need a zoom call? We schedule it. You need form critique? We go over all of it! I have made the changes, I have been sober for almost 8 years. I have gotten married to a beautiful, caring, loving woman who has had my back since I hit the streets from the halfway house and held me down while I had to regain traction out here. We have come a long way and traveled a crazy path while doing it. We now share a big house with three amazing kids and I still find the balance of my life in an Outlaw Motorcycle club, the gym, being a coach and being a father and husband.

I work with men with old injuries, some as serious as shoulder, knee and back injuries that required surgery. I have diabetics, pre-diabetics with severe insulin sensitivity that require special diets. I work with young, old, skinny, overweight, weak, strong and in the end they all become Monsters.

I have a 3, 6, 12 month program. 3 month is minimum because that’s the amount of time you should devote to notice a real change. Not uncommon to see up to a 40 pound loss of weight or even a gain of 40 pounds of mass if that’s what your after.

I help any man that is serious about making a change. I work with all walks of life and men from around the world.

It was designed to be EXTREMELY easy. I am by no means a “tech guy” and easy navigation and logging was very important for me when we made the app.

There will never be anything on your diet you don’t want to eat. We go over all that in great detail. A diet only works if it is sustainable so I make sure you can enjoy your food.

The workouts are not any Olympic type lifts that require a ton of skill and training to master. We go over form, technique, and if injury or just dislike or discomfort is an issue we change the exercise to accommodate you.

You will see results in the first week! And you will get better every week that follows! We are training for a better you. Not exercising just to say we made it to the gym.

You have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week access to me through the app. If we need to talk I schedule phone calls or zoom video calls. Personal one on one attention to every client. Not a group call

Unlike other programs that sell you a 12 week program and at 12 weeks boots you to the door. I am with you the whole time 3, 6, or 12 months and if you get hurt we pause your program and make adjustments. I do not kick you out for injury.

The meal plan is made to be easy, enjoyable and sustainable. Meal prep Is simple and will take minimal time.

Obviously the longer you commit the better the results. But no matter how long you are on the program as long as you follow instructions, do the work and stay in touch you will constantly get better. I have clients that been with me for years now and they have never stopped making progress. They get better every week and there is no reason your success would be any different.
